This Cucumber watermelon weight loss smoothie is low in calories and contain a good amount of water and soluble fiber, making them ideal for promoting hydration and aiding in weight loss.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups Seedless Watermelon slices
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1/4 Cup Pineapple chunks
  • 250 ml water or more

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and dice the cucumber.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate for an hour and Serve

NOTES
Refrigerate for 1 or 2 days
